SACRED PRAYERS within. . .

"the mysterious Bathsheba enhanced David's life, the history and life force of the Hebrews. She also  created and developed a defiant legacy of truth to powers against the misconceptions of the temptress' role in a man's life. " - Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories

Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah, a general in the army of King David, must've been as fine and desirable as his imagination could barely withstand. I am sure at some point while bathing atop her roof she was conscious of eyes upon her, and the close proximity of the King. Knowing men, in particular men of war, she knew how volatile she would be to any mighty man's senses. She knew how high and keen their sex drives are, and how the King's sex drive was. Certain occupations create enormous sexual energies within a man, and it takes tutoring to learn to discipline those energies. After killing a mighty man is even more charged, and with strength will, and can take a woman's body deep within himself in a passionate and deliberate way an ordinary man cannot. It isn't easy to rule without a woman who hardens the loins, and can take every drop, and fill every pore of his masculinity while feeding his compelling energies.

It is the same requirement, and expectation of spiritual men. Those energies are enormous, and if a man can control, and discipline those energies in a deliberate manner the release of those energies into his woman are tremendous reciprocations of elements key, and fundamental to his powers, his gift, and the songs he sings into the worlds of war and peace. Sex, and manhood are potent, and are life-affirming coming from a man, in the deepest sense of the word, and the word of a mighty man is power! - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 7.10.13

"This Black woman in pearls, black gloves & gown showing her breasts would be the equivalent of Bathsheba in these times. The enticement for David would have to be in another setting, not on a roof. The two of them would create a dynamic where it would be the discretion of the temptress, who knows her game, to bring a mighty man to bed entwined between her legs. Temptation balances the present need with the vision of tomorrow and the scope of one's ideals. Seduction is an art form as important to relationships as surrender."  - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 7.10.13
