LANGUAGE SKILLS

Enigma Fotos

the I AM presence of this woman
by Jonathan Irvin
Sept. 13, 2013

The question posed by stance is straight forward if you, or the person posing is honest, and it is deceptive if the person posing is not honest with herself, or himself. The illusion of poise is subtle. The openness of one's positioning of character in the stance informs the subtle elements of one's intuition. In the animal worlds gestures, and posture are language, too. But, amongst two leggeds we have the choice to accept it as a language, or place it inferior in our estimation, and make judgements based upon the language of gesture. In short, we make a game out of language knowing all along exactly what someone is telegraphing the entire time she, or he is looking into our eyes. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9.15.13

The angle of light...

Angela by Jonathan Irvin

"There are things we see in each other we know not how to express, and the things we know to belong in other realms somehow can belong, and live within people we by chance glimpse, or see. As much as we know is as little as we know. Such a mysterious force learning." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 10.10.13

In this world there are crazy ideas, and mistaken entities flying through our conscious perceptions of what mends broken hearts, dashed dreams, and borrowed time when sanity is weighed and questioned. Outside of the security of play time for a child within today's adult is the uncertain balance of angst and warmth, and questions about everything a soul once trusted in. This glimpse into the terror of losing one's mind has an antidote: beauty.
Experience, and desperate fear was suffocating hope and light in one period of my life, and it was Beauty restored the breath of Life, and calmed the frantic terror. It is difficult to understand what I've said, but not impossible if one dare probe deep within. There are so many people losing their minds in today's world, and after coming back from almost losing my mind I learned Medicines and touched upon a mystery that kept me intact, and secure. I didn't need medication. I needed pieces of my soul retrieved by my command, my mind, my ability, and my will.

It was my mother who taught me the words King Solomon's mother said to her son. "A man who cannot control his spirit is like a city without walls!" - Gregory E. Woods 10.15.13

A Reminder of...

Amanda Spain by Jonathan Irvin of Enigma Fotos.
LVI

Waste not your Hour, nor in the vain pursuit
Of This and That endeavour and dispute;
Better be merry with the fruitful Grape
Than sadden after none, or bitter, Fruit.

And once again there gathered a scarce heard
Whisper among them: as it were, the stirr'd
 Ashes of some all but extinguiht Tongue,
Which mine ear kindled into living word.

Wake! For the Sun behind you Eastern height
Has chased the Session of the Stars from Night;
  And, to the field of Heav'n ascending, strikes
The Sultan's Turret with a Shaft of Light.

Spiritual EYES

Enigma Fotos

Julia by Jonathan Irvin

Interesting how the photographer, Jonathan Irvin, captured something I see upon people from time to time. The slash of color that appears within, or upon a person's aura. The colors tell stories. If you know them you can gift someone with an insight into themselves. I know technical people may subscribe the green slash to an intentional artistic touch, but many have captured the comings and goings of movement between worlds. It is one of the compelling gifts of technologies introduced since the mid-1800's. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9.15.13

Before the phantom of False morning died,
Methought a Voice within the Tavern cried,
  "When all the Temple is prepared within,
Why lags the drowsy Worshipper outside?"

"The dream of night is much unlike the dreams of day when the Sun peoples the land with possibilities and shows how to live, or see one's worth, and purpose. How the darkness intrudes upon the light is dependent upon the mood of the person dreaming, and trying not to be responsible for the story from the dream dreamt day or night." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 10.13.13
