DR. FRANCIS CRESS WELSING ON RACISM

Dr. Welsing decided to write a paper for a group of black psychiatrists (APA-American Psychiatric Association) and the black caucus in 1969-70, who were looking at racism.

It's called The Cress Theory of Color Confrontation and Racism: A Provocative and Controversial Theory on Skin Color and Oppression. She also realized in mental institutions where she worked with both black and white patients, that whenever she traced the history for the root cause of mental health issues in blacks, she would run smack dead into racism every time.

So she knew she had to understand the "behavior" of racism, white supremacy, and why it continued to persist for hundreds of years, if she was gonna solve the mental health problems of her black patients. This is what she came up with.

1. Even though blacks are called a minority, its actually whites who are the minority on the planet, making up only 1/10 of the world's population.

2. Even though we've been told by William Shockley and others that our educational setbacks are the result of genetic inferiority, the gene that makes melanin pigmen in blacks is actually dominant over the white gene that's recessive (can't produce melanin).

This accounts for their one drop rule, that just one drop of black blood makes you black.

3. All white people that Dr. Welsing surveyed in Europe and the U.S. said they wanted themselves and their future generations to remain white. Well to remain white in a world where more colored people exist, then the intermingling of the two becomes a genetic threat to whiteness and something has to be done to prevent this from happening.

4. This is why the behavior of racism, white supremacy exists, because white people are trying to survive genetically. They fear the annihilation of the white gene and have written books/articles on the decline of western (white) civilization and have designed population control policies to keep our numbers down (begins with Henry Kissinger in the 70s. Blacks therefore can't be racist because they've never had this fear.
