"There are things we see in each other we know not how to express, and the things we know to belong in other realms somehow can belong, and live within people we by chance glimpse, or see. As much as we know is as little as we know. Such a mysterious force learning." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 10.10.13
In this world there are crazy ideas, and mistaken entities flying through our conscious perceptions of what mends broken hearts, dashed dreams, and borrowed time when sanity is weighed and questioned. Outside of the security of play time for a child within today's adult is the uncertain balance of angst and warmth, and questions about everything a soul once trusted in. This glimpse into the terror of losing one's mind has an antidote: beauty.
Experience, and desperate fear was suffocating hope and light in one period of my life, and it was Beauty restored the breath of Life, and calmed the frantic terror. It is difficult to understand what I've said, but not impossible if one dare probe deep within. There are so many people losing their minds in today's world, and after coming back from almost losing my mind I learned Medicines and touched upon a mystery that kept me intact, and secure. I didn't need medication. I needed pieces of my soul retrieved by my command, my mind, my ability, and my will.
It was my mother who taught me the words King Solomon's mother said to her son. "A man who cannot control his spirit is like a city without walls!" - Gregory E. Woods 10.15.13
