The Feel of this Essence.

Definitions.

Beauty within the soul leaves admirers mute in her presence, as if holiness is a physical presence to connect fragments one with the other. Timeless quality is just that: timeless. Spiritual beauty is not simple; it is expressed as light in the eyes mirroring the weight of spiritual responsibility or spiritual powers. The substance of a spirit is in essence a series of stories developed intentionally to build, or destroy Life. For a man, if a woman's sex appeal is strong enough it will subdue the tendency to ask the right questions over the impulse to fuck, the need to copulate and the desire to have a way with a woman. The sex drive is in alignment with the impulse to be right in the spiritual realms. It is all in our breath where our words transform from the substance of weight in our thoughts into the audible words our ears transposed into the language of soul. These are fun things to be alone with pondering the powers of who we be! Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories Sept. 7, 2018

the Value of Composure.

Damn! You are a good looking woman!

Composure is a definition of poetry neither abstract, nor inexplicable! How a woman holds herself is a story, not a poem. The poetry is from the feminine essence. Most men unable to embrace cannot contact this quality believe it can be contained. This inability to be contained is the Tao, the Orenda, the Aleph... Let us stop there. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 6/26/18

"Taís Araújo seated as a lady should sit on the dock of a bay! This Brazilian model, and actress accentuates the positiveness of being feminine. What is wrong with being feminine is in the beliefs of men." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 6/30/18

Ancient Today.

Ank worn subtly by this woman enhances something so subtle it cannot be touched, but touch is its core value...The symbolic power of a thing is a symbol, but the power of a symbol is inherent within the spiritual practices the symbol is made to embody. The cowrie shell from the spiritual practices of West African cultures and the Kemit symbols from the north of the Black continent and from all directions of the Land of the Blacks, the spiritual powers of ancient peoples are potent, even in dormancy. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 8/16/18

African woman's exquisite beauty...

Darla Crane is a direct competition to the promise of commitment to the principle of devotion to the essence of African womanhood. Perhaps the energetic pull is lust, or it is a merely a childish dare to see what lies beyond. These are the things to ponder as an African in the aftermath of the era of European conquest. The search for identity has to be wrestled from the command of white power over our consciousness. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 8/22/18

Over time, some elements overwhelming our perceptions, remain. When they do we are reshaped by them in unseen ways of being present in our human experience. Precious few women have this capacity. Those who do are, at first, perceived. Are they real? The answer that comes to us tells a story...

We are shaped by how Beauty receives us.

STRENGTH and DELICATE

Roses and Yaniksa Lee captured in essence by Roland Dawson. 2018.

Delicate is the essential quality of the rose. Assembled in numbers is the strength of accumulated essences of all those roses. Roses, if you know the story of the rose, breath around the spirit of certain women leaving the scent of an essence highly valued in sacred ways of being alive. Once glimpsed it changes the perception of women in even a crude soul. But, in this moment Yaniksa Lee is delight in the wonder of an essence under valued in our society. . . - Gregory E. Complexity of thisThought Process.

Tiffany Haddish appeared at The New York Film Critics Circle.

"A lady is defined by attributes that contribute to the notion and process involving the total self becoming balanced and full of the Life given by the Creator to be a woman in the deep spheres of feminine energies. That is one definition. Apparently, in American life, masculine hued femininity is the closest proximation to safety a woman can embrace. For a man, like me, such a choice is understandable, but disappointing. I grew up with ladies. My mother was a lady, as are the aunts I grew up with. So, I know the difference intuitively because it is an essence, not a political statement that carries integrity and dignity. In addition, feminine energy was designed to be balanced by masculine energies. . ."

Discovery in the shadows cast the quest into a new light. It is a reversal of a process leading towards the origin of a substance we came into the light of Life knowing!
