Lauren Bacall, she was...

Lauren Bacall. Her beauty grabbed something embedded in the loins that expelled whatever was unnecessary to fathom the depths she came from and drew upon in her life. This is a Photo by Jack Mitchell on Getty Images.

Lauren Bacall splendid in her way of pulling on the loins, the imagination...

Lauren Bacall died at the age of 89 on August 12, 2014 without us ever meeting. Her being born September 16, 1924 perhaps has something to do with that disappointment. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9/6/18

ILLUSION of false face.

Raquel Welch is a profoundly beautiful woman.

God in Heaven, Raquel Welch is a beautiful woman! But, fixating her face into a permanent state with plastic surgery is unbecoming because it robbed her face of its years long story. Faces tell the story of a life and insights into the view of the world's challenges on a soul, as uniquely as truth tells stories. The insistence on lying to one's self is not magical. It creates a sad emotion and an emphasis on illusion, not the unfolding of life in a body lived for those younger to learn from. One of the blessings of old age is the unspoken powers acquired that youth needs to facilitate its own journeys towards the expansiveness of living, sickness, transformation, and the deaths needed to grow into the 'who' of their existence.  . . - Gregory E. Jamie Lee Curtis looks absolutely divine in bold white dress with thigh-high slit at Golden Globes

Christine Rendon For Dailymail.com

She'll be one of the many stars gracing the stage tonight as a presenter.
And Jamie Lee Curtis was a sight to behold as she walked the Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday wearing a divine all-white look.
There was no missing the actress, 60, as she made her way to the ceremony in Beverly Hills in a splendid white dress with an eye-catching thigh high slit.
The white dress was complete with a glittering accent that split down across her chest.
Jamie topped off the look with a pair of nude high heels, gorgeous earrings, and a coordinating white clutch.
Touching up her famous complexion, Jamie looked radiant with a hint of pink blush and nude lipstick.
Jamie has been back on the big screen this last year with the release of Halloween, the latest installment to her popular thriller series.

Golden Globes. Breathtakingly fine she is!!

She's set to appear in an array of other films this year as well, including the action comedy film Spychosis.
The 2019 Golden Globes marks the first big bash of Hollywood's annual award's season.
And the stars of TV and film did not disappoint as they gathered to celebrate the Golden Globes on Sunday.
Among those hoping for a win are Bradley Cooper - up for both best actor and best director for his tear-jerker A Star Is Born. His co-star Lady Gaga is nominated in the best actress category, while the film also received nods for best film and best original song.
Adam McKay's Dick Cheney biopic Vice in the nominations with six nods, including best picture, comedy and best actor nominations for Christian Bale's nearly unrecognizable performance as the former vice president.
It also earned nominations for Amy Adams' Lynne Cheney, Sam Rockwell's George W. Bush and for the screenplay and direction by McKay, the veteran comedy filmmaker who once skewered politicians as a Saturday Night Live writer.

For the Love of Wonder!

Gregory E. Woods "This is a summation of a value women discover that should be cherished. It is an intangible. It is part of the intrigue, the suggestion of the mood set here..." was my first impression of this photographer.

Photographer, Gshooter Khôi‎ titled this "Fifty Shades of Freed".

"High Intelligence" is what I'd title this photo by Rahul Das

I love the illusion of and in the water. The elegance and dignity of older women is a higher testament of the essence of the female form. . ." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9/12/18

OF Susan.

Susan Sarandon without make up is as beautiful and appealing as her intellectual momentum creates shifts in thought processes. Engaging women like her overwhelm simplicity easily... - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 4/13/18

Supreme something in Susan Sarandon's beauty, is an essence inaccessible to physical touch, and inadmissible as fodder for the lower elements of men, who hunt for these qualities for consumption. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories

" … a compelling intelligence within your beauty. Even further, in the eyes, is an intensity that makes sense in relationship to everything else softly elegant!... It is hard to put into words the intangible!" ~ Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories [10/31/18]

Somewhere between worlds, and perceptions of stillness and being stilled you caught something easy to trust... - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories

Vulnerable. Sasha Derik by Frederic Vire. [October 2018]
Vulnerability, gentleness, soft persuasion and quiet within stillness are integral to the feminine element. History records Europe's deep and long standing contempt for these attributes and white women, the source of what was and has the power to balance male energies! It is a dark history too entrenched in American thought life...

This photograph suggests a strength often overlooked in the political processes. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 11/01/18

AGE in Qualities of...

Yasmina Rossi in an arresting moment tender to the thought of getting old, and being fine!... - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories [July 4, 2018]

"Helen Mirren humbles the silence of being better, and arouses the loins, the sense of manhood a man may need challenging. Being an ideal of a woman is the imperfection of perception and exalts the depth of her perceptions she put into the world from hers..." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 7/4/1

IN Honor of LIFE: listen.

Alessandra Belloni by Hasan Bakr, Jan. 9, 2018.

"Listen to the sounds you cannot hear hearing what others may, or may not hear. At some point, Your honest is clarity, your clarity is gratitude. ~ Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories [10/22/18]

FRINGE CREATURES
by Melissa La Flamme

Wisdom ways say,
don't tell.
Show.

Embody.
Smell.
Move.
Breathe
fire.
Sing honey
rising
from the wellspring.

Notice strong
what residue
lingers
on your damp soul,
what releases
a perfectly
discordant note
off the chart
of your everyday
transactional reality.
What surprising riff
alights
psyche's
true
musk;
incites
a rumble
of courage
in you, as you,
crashing on waves
of ancient anger
running pure
now as protest
to overthrow
everything about you
not authentic,
not of soul.

A revolution
you are,
down and dirty
on some wholly, holy
quest
to call in,
reclaim,
protect
and cultivate
all of you,
your one messy life.
Ruthless in its terrible
Beauty.

Discerning,
calling home
your true nature
from every
other
contortion
is what you do
til you don't;
til Mystery
unhinges you,
frees you
from daylight's
mind-chains,

til the trap door to
crazy-wisdom
creaks open
and chaos
wafts
on ancestral winds,
revealing
abandoned buildings
strewn with
burnt-out bodies
of old lies,
waiting for release.

Ask Impossible
questions,
the real ones
you've avoided
til now.
Ask those Others
who meet you
when you're not looking.

The Ones
on the back roads
dusty with wander,
harbingers of a dangerous
liberation—
rare animals with attitude,
fringe creatures,
sovereign,
free of answers.
