The body comes to know us. We experience ourselves through touch and come to know our bodies by the feel of the soul, the spirit it houses. Our bodies are containers. The relationship of body and soul is the substance of a limitless power submitting to being contained, but it in and of itself cannot be contained. This is a mysterious thing. It was meant to be mysterious and simple. 

The body falls asleep to release its spirit. Sleep is the 'little death', and how we sleep and regard sleep is indicative of how we view our deaths. It is practice, a spiritual practice to sleep, if we want to 'see' our truth! - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 2.2.14

Christian Minority & the Serpent

Many Christians state, or suspect being a Christian puts them in a minority status. I disagree. This country is very interesting. The Puritan's impact on the culture, on one's thinking and basis in 'American thought' is profound. It echoes, and resounds in the annals of the things atheists, and agnostics write, think and talk about. Why? Because they come out of the very Puritanical framework their conscious minds took them away from. The Christian faith seems to reside within many of us in varying levels of maturity, and degrees of acceptance. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 6.4.13

Now, there is something important happening in a small town. People living in small towns under value the importance of what they do collectively. Foolishly focused on big cities takes away from the energies of smaller communities that more likely can create changes that will not happen in larger cities. Large cities are burdened by their cumbersome misconceptions of importance. Too much clutter is distracting and attracts the rat's energies into human consciousness. In small towns the possibilities of change are created in more intimacy. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 2.25.15
