Making That Change - A Recipe for Growth

Change is not always something that can be easily entered upon. Habits are deep rooted expressions of our relationship to our world. They are often automatic, taking and needing little or no thought. Trite as it may appear, these habits are a function of our every day life.  They add meaning to what we perceive as purpose and totality. I do not claim to present a formula but merely a perspective on an approach to change and an effective adaptation to it, after we have made the effort.

To begin, we realize that we may need to begin or end a pattern of behavior. We are given a step by step procedure for change that represents a recipe of sorts. Often well wishers will give us in brief a formula, twelve steps, ten steps, three ways and the like. After reading/hearing such a formula we are left with the awesome task of application. We need skills. The skills of rationalization and patience. We need the ability to process and absorb what has been placed before us. In essence, we need the common sense stuff that makes what we were just told, shown or directed to do make sense. We need the ability to read. Inherently reading is not always done through the absorption of words on a page. We also need to read the unseen and feel the intangibles that affect and permeate that page of life that holds this formula for change.


Next, we need the ingredients. These ingredients represent our inner wherewithal and resources. The stuff we are made of. The main ingredient is a willingness to change coupled with an inherent awareness of its need. We need availability and access to these ingredients that come from the innermost depths of our soul..

Next, we need the utensils or tools, those external resources that are tempered by our sheer will to do what we need to do at all costs. Here we are talking about physical strength and courage. The ability to do what we must do to make these changes. Once the intellect has made this choice towards change the physical and emotive forces of the being must be mobilized to move ahead. If we are overwhelmed, depressed or exhausted we are weakened and thus unable to move forward. We may find ourselves day dreaming about what we wish to do, yet never doing it.

Now that we have done our reading, pooled our resources and accessed our skills we have in essence developed/created the batter, that matter that makes or represents change. We need only to internalize it. We place our mixed and formulated ingredients into the oven or dark recesses of our being where it goes through a chemical change. This change is not physically apparent and is spiritually invisible to the naked eye. The signs of change present themselves as we smell/ feel the inner workings of what is to be manifested. There is a stirring or movement of the unknown.



At this crucial moment we may succumb to self doubt or sabotage the process by opening the oven door too soon. Opening the door we allow altercations or opposing ideas or threats to hinder, alter or destroy our product. Often fear of the outcome would have us to interfere, abort or deter ourselves from our goal or simply abandon the process altogether. We may engage this process several times in an attempt to change the exact same expression of ourselves. Feeling an urgency we may become redundant and repetitive in our attempts. If we surpass all of these challenges we may become ridden distrustful of how this new expression of the self will be perceived by the outside world, colleagues, friends, loved ones, etc. This point is critical because we do wish to be accepted as we offer our newly evolved self to our outside world.

We may even peep in ever so often to check on our own progress and make a report to any who would listen. We need reassurance that we have done the right thing. But nature has its own way of assisting the creative process. Even what we may anticipate as the final product may barely smack of what we have expected. We then become uncertain of our own ability to handle our new and changed selves, our finished product.

But who is the final judge? Who is the omniscient power source that determines the success or failure of our movement towards change? Who gives the license and the decree that all is well? If we align ourselves with our own creative process accepting our own creative choices and expressions, our own contradictions, then we in fact fear no judge but merely allow ourselves the ultimate joy of exhilarating revolution. We are free to mingle and delight in our own design of ourselves and remain at peace. Constructed in the sense of our own image we cater to our own inner pattern and demonstrate our own power. We are changed, altered, released and enjoined to continue on our own trek of spatial freedom and wisdom. We emerge fully contrived and redeemed. We are another expression of our selves never faulted or denied. We are tempered and secure in that which we have patterned for our own behavior. We are manifesting our own creative process for change and evolution. We are total and yet unloaded. African politics is a totally different terrain than here. Even in terms of democracy, democracy is relative to the country that you find it in. But the common denominator all over the world is the grabbing for wealth for the few and slave labor for the many. China has allowed the us and other multinationals to come into their country and create sweatshops. These sweatshops import goods to the US via walmart and other conglomerates. We just found out that even Whole Foods imports their 365 brands from China. China is our biggest importer. The question is, why would they go to another country and set up shop differently than they do in their own country??

Capitalism is a beast of an economic system that has taken reign over the entire world. It feeds into the basic nature of greed that resides in every human being... and over powers the sensibilities of fairness and harmonic cooperation. When the masses rise up within their ranks, overthrow their governments, have coups there is a change but only minimally. The oppressed become the oppressors and the cycle begins again.

Some people feel that they can do this by recreating the Capitalistic system towards fairness, but the very nature of it is to exploitative, if that is changed then it is no longer Capitalism but something else.

There has to be an inner rumbling among the masses, those who are oppressed, who know their culture and how they can run it in a more human way. It is difficult for outsiders to impose concepts on another's culture, a lesson the US and other invaders of their ilk have yet to learn.

On the other hand, the US hand picks who they want to call out for Human Rights abuses and Who they want to attack openly or decry their lack of Democracy, but that is another subject altogether.

Nana, you said it best.  There is a paradigm here in the States rigid, and resistant to truth telling the truth to our belief-systems.  I think the two most important figures of the 21st century are President Obama, and Ben laden. They have created a fire, a prick into this consciousness unlike anything preceding their era.  As a balance to this what will arise to the surface and jar us out of our stupor? Will it be the shock of the Womb Teachings we historical ignore, come from, and need?  I don't know. The time for profound change is nigh upon us, and the paradigm, the dance of fear that passes for patriotism, and greed for self-governance cannot live long.  We will die from it one day. –Gregory E. “All Praises Due to the Most High!

As we move forward, it will take a concerted effort of consciousness. Raising awareness of the planet, and human beings connection to it. A Collective mind set of resistance. A movement towards our intrinsic and beautiful humanity. A recognition that we live on one of the most beautiful planets in the solar system, and an understanding that if we do not evolve in consciousness of our connection to the planet, each other and the Universe, we will surely expire, as so many other planets have before us.

Protesting is overrated. It actually feeds the capitalistic monster. It feeds off the monies spent, the advertisement, the energy and the investments made into the economy of the city/state/police/government agencies, etc, where the protest is held. Again, making a concerted and intelligent effort to change from the inside out, to me is the strongest type of resistance.

I always say, that if we just change how and what we eat, buy only what we need, spend only what we have to, study where the things we do buy come from, and decide to only buy those things that do not destroy us/others or the planet, that change would be catastrophic. It would take a lot of work, but the benefit would lift humanity to it's rightful place as exalted in the eyes of the Creator.

We can complain, protest and right letters to the Congressmen, but until we close the purse strings, they will never listen or alter their ways to supporting the masses and not their banks. If we do not accept that it is our runaway consumerism that fuels the Capitalistic Economic Model, we will remain complicit and as much a part of the problem as the "other" villians.

WEALTH vs WORK

Working for a living is the slave master's preamble to keep the slaves "working" for them. The wealthiest don't work, but reap the benefits of the masses who do. There are so many ways to avoid being enslaved by this system of servitude, but if they let it out, then the system would crumble and that is not the desired outcome. So they stiffle kill, threaten and thwart any technology that will give the masses freedom. On the other hand, doing creative things to bring about sustainable existence is different from working 9-5 on the slave ship. If we know how to create with our minds we can have whatever we need and do it peacefully. There is certainly the issue of environment, particularly in the jungle, but even in that light, they too could be taught to exist harmoniously in nature and have all they need as well. "At risk of sounding like a kill joy, I would like to add, that there is a danger in laying your burden down in front of something bigger than you. I would suggest a more pro-active approach of sovereignty and personal power. An action of facing that burden and becoming bigger than it, in your own eyes, and letting it know, that as your own creation you can minimize its impact and free yourself from the difficult situation this burden tends to present. By doing it that way, I feel we all can be even more powerful and more able to create situations that will support us in the long run. In the 39th Hexagram of the I Ching it speaks of how much of what we see as burdensome, obstacles and difficulties has to do with our perceptions of what we are experiencing along with a host of things that impact on our perceptions, such as stress, diet, lack of sleep, etc. So let's take the bull by the horn and see not a way to give our burdens away, but see a way to lessen or even eliminate them out of our own accord, our own creation." - Nana Baakan Agyiriwah

Comment: I am a little confused about the differences and correlations you made between spirit and soul. It may be because of the information I have that the soul re-incarnates at different times, into different bodies.


Response: What is spirit? What is soul? How do they differ from one another? Does soul mean there is destiny involved, manifestation, evolution? If humans evolved, (that's if they did), during their evolution did they have a soul? Is the soul something that an entity earns after evolving to a certain point? If a person has a soul, and one of their limbs is severed, is the soul in the limb, a portion thereof? Where does the soul exist? Is it invisible? Does it travel between dimensions? Why is it that one kind of matter can have a soul....? and a clone cannot? Who determines where the soul is and in what forms? Do you know who your soul is? Can a soul reincarnate across the spectrum of Creation? These are my questions for you, if you are interested in my answers I can post them in a note later on. This is something I had to do some inner journeying on and listen to my inner voice (soul) to get the answers that I feel are a decent perspective. Remember, all who have ears, cannot hear, and all who have eyes, cannot see.

I get the sense that personality is transitory, that is, it can change with circumstances, knowledge of self, heredity, environment, and diet, etc. The soul is that entity that experiences all these things and is on the mission of being and knowing all the Prime Creator has created. The Physical body, is a temporal entity and is made of many atoms, each containing a light particle or "soul expression". Our souls are our direct link to the Creator.

Spirit is like fuel for the physical body... It can be confused with the soul, because it often means breath, especially in certain scriptures. As breath it can be considered the life force that animates the body. I am told that the Spirit is energy, but can also change in its expression. Spirits can live in the ether, and do not necessarily have to have physical bodies to manifest themselves. Sometimes, after the transcendence of the soul, these spiritual energies are left behind after death, in houses, cars, furniture, rocks and trees. Oftentimes that can be seen as the person who transitioned, that would be their etheric body.

The aura around a person's physical body, can be seen as the spiritual expression of the chakras, or the energetic expression of the chakras. For example, if a person has a blocked 7th chakra, it can appear darkened in color. Again, the different colors of the chakra are emitted from the etheric/spiritual/energy body around the physical, but are directly correlated to the elevation of the spirit while working through the physical body. We often interchange spirit with soul... I have learned that the soul is constant and matures thru lifetimes, while the spirit of a person may change, therefore is transitory. High spirits, low spirits are terms that help us see how it can change. Our souls are spiritual, in that they cannot be viewed in this dimension. Therefore, anything that is not seen with the physical eye could be considered spirit, air, electricity, vibrations, electro-magnetic waves, radio waves, etc.

So I would put the Hierarchy at bit different, and start with the soul as a child/extension of the Creator, and so on. The soul is that inner voice, we all need to attune to. We need to communicate with it as we would another person. We need to consciously get in touch with our soul because there we will find the essence of the Creator. Our soul is what makes us "spirit" experiencing a physical body. It is our soul that guides us to the path we were born in each incarnation to achieve.

It decides for us who we will "be" in each lifetime. It guides us quietly in the background until we consciously connect to it, then it clearly lets us know what is right/truth for each of us. It is our true inner voice but we must do a lot of "spiritual" work and gain in understanding on how to "hear" it. This is when the work on the chakras help to clear the debris that piles up through our physical experiences on earth. That work may take many lifetimes, thus causing the soul to mature.. or as they say "old soul." A person can have an old soul but a young spirit, or energetic spirit, or lively spirit, all of which we tend to translate into meaning the person has a young spirit.

Today, we see young children being born with very old souls. They may appear very youthful, but have an intense and deep perspective about the world around them. In going deeper we learn we have 12 chakras or maybe even more, I have heard up to 14. In the Cosmos, these varying chakras reflect our connection to the 3rd and move us into the 4th and 5th dimension as we come to know them more fully.

Eventually, the 3rd dimension is seen as inhibiting as we connect to the 4th and 5th dimension. When we dream we travel thru the 4th and 5th dimension, but are drawn back into the 3rd upon awakening. If we awaken to quickly we may feel that we are between dimensions. When we dream we experience the 4th and 5th dimensions where there is limitlessness. We experience omnipresence. In lucid dreaming, we can consciously intertwine the dimensions. I feel that dream work is one of the strongest enhancers of experiencing the inter-dimensional beings we really are.

Have you ever read "Conversations with God?" The soul is immortal and it knows Prime Creators goal for it. Each soul has that imprinted on it. So while we may have chosen the same parents, as siblings, our destinies are entirely different. What happens here is that one needs to learn one aspect of Prime Creator thru these parents and another needs to learn something else. The soul is pure, not dependent on any other entity except Prime Creator.

Spirit is definitely fuel from Prime Creator, but its role in energizing the soul is where we get a bit confused. The soul is pure energy, it is what gives us life in the human form, while some may think that some things do not have a soul, so let's just say that all things have spirit. If we say all things have spirit that would end the argument that all things have soul.

Soul is a living dynamic entity that is tied into the Womb of Creation i.e.the Cosmic Ocean of Life, and like raindrops, it becomes embodied, or incarnate. It contains all that is because it is all that is. So it is not inside of a physical form, it is not housed in the physical form, it is actually a guardian of the physical form. As a guardian, it can pressure the physical form towards what it needs to accomplish, but it cannot make it do what it needs to do in each life time.

Spirit is also energetic and emotive. If a person is stagnate, then their spirit is running on a low vibration. If they are energetic, then their spirit is running on a higher vibration. Lower and higher vibrations must not be confused with more evolved or less evolved. That comes with the aging of the soul. In one incarnation, the soul may chose an athlete, in another a paraplegic. Because it is about the Oneself, then knowing all aspects of how the ONE Manifests itself is the journey of the soul. It will not go back into the Cosmic Womb till it has completed learning.

Spirit (s) can be manipulated by using electro-magnetic waves, but again, diet, station in life, parents, environment all play on how the spirit manifests itself, and again, the debris needs to be gotten rid of, so that one can be clear in its connection with their soul. Personality in essence, is a trait of the human experience, no matter where the soul may inhabit, it is subjective. The Soul is objective. Some may refer to "lost souls" but I believe they are abandoned souls, and at any point and individual can re-unite with their soul and its mission for that life time.

You see, we may get caught up in moralizing good, bad, evil and the like, but Prime Creator is All In All there is nothing separate from it, therefore, it is pure consciousness that manifests itself in many forms. The Primal energy is neutral. In the human form, because we have lost connection with this Primal Energy, we have laws, rules, regulations, religions, governments who attempt to tell us what is right and wrong. These laws are all subjective and are relative to where one may be. The Powers That Be know this but in order to control the Masses they have produced documents to create the appearance that if you did not know it was not going to work in your favor to kill someone, then you have to be threatened with imprisonment.

When the human form wakes up and realizes that it can live in harmony with other humans, and all of nature, it will not need a Regulator, to tell it what to do. It will intuit what is best and act accordingly. It will know that what is best for one person is not good for someone else. I.E., the difference between helping and enabling. We have lost this knowledge and continue to exist outside of our true destiny and inside the belly of fear and dogma.

The Powers that Be, know they cannot steal, capture, or alter the soul. They may capture a person's will/will power, but the soul will go into dormant mode, hibernation, so to speak, until the person's will power returns or re-connects to the soul. They know that all is written and there is no law outside of Universal Law, therefore whatever antic they produce will transpire according to plan, the Universal Order. So even in their futile attempt to destroy the planet and capture all the souls on it, they are still subject to Karma and the laws of Karma and will experience the result of their crime in this lifetime or the next. For to capture a soul is to Capture Prime Creator and then set yourself in competition with Prime Creator, a fete that has been tried on numerous occasions but only to fail. As souls, we contain Prime Creator, but we ARE NOT Prime Creator in total, we contain its essence. So you see, our soul has a very important role to play in turning back the hands of time and getting the human form in harmony with Mother Nature, the galaxy, the Universe and so on. I hope this helps, and remember, the information that I am sharing with you, is from my own channeling and reviewing of other's writing on this. Most of it was channeled to me.

Question: If a person is cloned will they have a Soul?

Response: Let's get a bit deep here. Personally, I believe that everything, moving or inanimate, has life force and is an expression of the Divine Cosmic Multidimensional force. That is all matter seen and unseen is an expression of this energy in varying stages, degrees and dimensions. This Divine Cosmic Multidimensional force is the thing we call "soul". In fact it is the eternal immortal expression that makes up all things known and unknown. It is the force as it manifests itself in the Multi-Verses with no beginning and no end. It is this force, so called soul, that unites everything with everything, to everything, being everything. Therefore, anything that is created is "Soul" or an expression of the Cosmic Multidimensional force that contains billions upon billions, upon billions of expressions. Simply put, if it is a created entity, then the clone has a so-called "soul" and is as much a part of the Divine Cosmic Multidimensional Force as everything else is. To be "soul-less" and be apart of the Divine Cosmic Multidimensional Force is an oxymoron.

Comment: nope! atoms and cells can be copied, but our soul is who we are. Everything else is just a vessel.

Comment: Great explanation. My opinion is that everything has a Spirit which is Movement but not everything is intended to have a Soul. The tree has a spirit the rock has a spirit but do they have a soul? So in my opinion again that cloned animal or person does not have a Soul like … said they are moving spirits in a vessel. Now I could be wrong but I will do some further investigation for this has been on my mind for quite awhile. Peace Love and Unity.
