We are ringing out January gloriously courtesy of 12 Glamour Art, Fetish and Nature Nude images from Hollywood, California Photographer Ken Marcus.

Ken has for over 30 years been producing award-winning photographs of the world’s most beautiful women.

Perhaps you were at one of his seminars?   Through the years, Ken has given back by conducting hundreds of workshops, seminars and lectures on the fine art of glamour and nude photography and has instructed thousands of photographers throughout in the US, Europe, Australia, Asia, and South America.

His work runs the full spectrum on into beautifully well done erotic fetish photos, some samples of which are included here.

Ken’s works have been featured world-wide and are regularly to be found in the finest Galleries, Museums, Magazines and Books.

You may well know his work from Playboy, Penthouse, Muscle & Fitness or countless other magazines. 

Ken’s first interests in photography began by age 5.

By age 12, Ken was the youngest student studying under Ansel Adams in Yosemite National Park.

Ken attended Art Center College of Design and Brooks Institute of Photography while also continuing on his studies with Ansel Adams for 13 years.

By age 17 Ken had started his own photography business, Ken Marcus Studios, Inc., and has been a freelance photographer ever since.

Ken Marcus Studios, Inc., has since produced thousands of national advertisements, celebrity posters, calendars and album covers for editorial, commercial, and entertainment use for both domestic and international clients.

Yay!

Many of us began to see Ken’s work at this time as he began shooting for Bob Guccione’s Penthouse Magazine as their first American photographer.

Three years later he was the main centerfold photographer for Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Magazine.

While working with Playboy, Ken produced hundreds of glamour editorials, calendars, covers and Playmate layouts.

After 11 years shoot for the ‘Big Bunny’, Ken was again shooting for Penthouse.

For the next 10 years, he shot editorials and covers as well for Muscle & Fitness Magazine where he photographed some of the world’s top bodybuilders and fitness models.

Very busy during this time, Ken was selected as the ‘Artist in Residence’ at the Yosemite National Park Museum where his Nudes in Nature series still exists as part of their permanent photographic collection and some examples of which we are viewing here today.

Ken is currently involved in shooting and producing images for his website.

His most recent works revolve around themes of bondage, fetish and other erotic situations.

He is now most interested in working with erotic models, ballet dancers, contortionists, body builders, performance artists, athletes and others that involved in body modification, artistic self-expression and/or alternative lifestyles… Still my hero.

I studied and listened to her singing deeply. Learning from masters of any craft is very personal, and I took the task seriously growing up while masters like Ella Fitzgerald, were still gigging and being interviewed. It deepened my performances, and honed my craft the way iron sharpens a blade. When a master is alive their new, and their old work vibrates differently. "The Next Forty Years"

I had many mentors mainly Pete La Roca, Elvin Jones and of course Miles (Davis). They each had there own particular way. Pete was quite an intellectual and very smart. He could explain things to you in detail. Elvin was not that verbal about the music itself but he was an amazingly beautiful player. What he played was enough. Miles said hardly anything. You kind of had to decipher the code. It was a subculture, the jazz world was unique. Mostly African American till the seventies. You were entering a whole other way of thinking, certainly speaking, living and making a living. There was a lot to be gleaned just from innuendo and nuance and your imagination. I think those guys were all kind of "Zen like."

I have my quotations from each of these guys that I use for teaching. I'll say, this is what I thought of that then and this is what I think of it now. They didn't say, "play that play this." They said, "play like I do or watch me."

We had more playing and when you have the process of on the spot in the moment learning there's nothing like that. Even listening to a record is remote until you're on the stage in the heat of the battle. Each of them gave me words of different depths. I'd take that home and think, "what did he really mean by that?" You didn't go back to ask these guys, this was not the scene. You said "thank you" and thought about it for the next forty years."

Masters

During our journey through life, we will have an Ascended Master or Masters working with us. As our soul evolves, these will often change, as they are there to assist us through certain initiations in the inner planes, and also to assist with higher teaching, guiding and most importantly, as mentor. There are Male and Female Ascended Masters, and therefore then they are what one calls in the inner planes the Christed Ones. This means that they have attained the highest Christed Consciousness.
Most of us work with a specific Cosmic Master Ray, which we anchor in and there are 12 of these currently on planet earth. 

Each Ascended Master also works with an assigned Cosmic Master Ray, and the Macho Chohans, are the Group Leaders of the Ascended Masters, and thus hold the Chohan Title of the Higher Mastership in that particular Ray. 

Sometimes we may work with more than one ray, depending on our soul, and will have different master working with us. 

You normally have ONE OVERLIGHTING Ascended Master who will stay with you during the course of your Incarnation, and serves as Mentor and Guide. Some, like me, have more than one, and therefore then these will always be present during initiations in the inner planes, or anointing ceremonies. 

Ascended Masters are our older Brothers and Sisters, highly Evolved Souls, and there are many of them. The Ones currently working with us, all have had incarnations on planet earth, and mastered all the lessons in this toughest soul school. 

However at this time many other Ascended Masters and Beings, are here who are coming in from other galaxies and star system to assist with the massive shifts in consciousness. 

Of course, then there are the Cosmic Logoi, Melchizedeck, Lenduce, and Melchior, who hold the Galactic and Universal Logos status, and thus work on galactic and cosmic scale.

The dress comes across the way fashion should come off with delight, or joy. There is something compelling and inviting about dress that connects elements that instantly cause women to let loose the delight they feel. Clothes that do that can be made by someone who is a Master of Cloth. There are not many left who know and feel the emotions in cloth with the understanding of how to weave high thoughts and emotions into the creating of women's clothes. I only know one.

The feel of the 21st century's Black American woman en vogue in 2017. . .

As one gets older, the wiser and thoughtful ones consider the past in relation to the future projections of what may or may not come to pass. It is a way of being concerned, connected rather to the outcomes in prophetic ways that minister to tomorrow with hope, as an antidote to the reality that people are slow to change the trajectory of who they will put up with in authority over their lives, and what they will tolerate to avoid transforming! This is how we equate change with what was promised to us by our religious leanings to believing in God, and the hope of redemption.

How we measure time in retrospect is an insight into our contradictions: we believe we have progressed; yet resist change, at best with ferocity, but insist others should change to make the world a better place to live. This is how we stumble through life with dictators, and tyrants. Being under the presidency of Donald Trump, another tyrant, is an arrival at the center of the truth about humans, and in terms of American history: a testament, a tribute; have you, honoring the trust in the slave/master relationship.

People like Donald Trump persist as the dominant type of leader because fearfully people vaguely dream of being rescued, and do not want to put into action the advise of the sage, who throughout history, have shone the masses how to liberate their minds, and spirits; not only for eternal life, but life on Earth, our Mother.

Just as much, and perhaps more difficulty goes into learning balance in an asana as is difficulty to master one's spirit and gain freedom from within. How these two concepts work corresponds with whether and if a person knows themselves, or wants to know!

Another way to say this is: "Just as much, and perhaps more goes into learning to balance in an asana as it is to be free from within."

Balance and mastery are relatives. Freedom comes from somewhere bondage begins. Freedom is not only a goal it is a study of why one is bound in either body or mind, spirit or emotion. Perhaps all those elements are in place to be enslaved, but being free of a master we can see, and what is within us recalls the lack of a balanced scope to view one's truth courageously? - Gregory E.
