The modeling industry is first and foremost a business like sports and entertainment, science, education, food, war, etc. Fundamental to the business structure are the levels of regard and disregard for people, and those industries feed us individuality and on purpose. Those industries are fed by hope, and hopeful people born with a dream of who they are, or want to believe they are in their world of imagination. They feed their respective machines lovingly. The systems are cared for by people (often) good at transforming intangibles into cash, into profit for a model construct that is at times souless.
