What Do You Say?

model smoking a cigarette elegantly !!!!

What do you say to yourself? What do you say to judgments levied against you for how you look when you look within? Do you speak from your deep places, or ponder the scorn, weigh it and adjust yourself to distance yourself far enough from your emotions to see clearly where the other person's words come from? Is scorn so bad when you are right or defending someone's life force and esteem? Is it enough to be beautiful or an intellectual in complex times or simpler times when the living is easy and no one needs to be defended and you don't need to be defined for others' self esteem?

These are valuable estimations of character. They mean more to the warrior than the warrior's need for validation. The warrior himself is validated by his role in society not by the frightened souls who unbeknownst to them need him. Warriors can look over their faults as fear makes its way across the social landscape and invades the sensibilities of subjugated people to gaze upon what he must do for those who know him not well enough to sizably judge the weight of warrior's spirits.

What do you say to a man who knows you? What do you say to a woman who needs you? Place the two questions together into a relationship where a man and a woman know they need each other and assess the damage, or carnage from fear of intimacy, or gaze upon a wonderful work of art from their joined spirits. It is a wonderful thing magic and it is a terrible thing fear. If fear and magic united in a marriage of souls what becomes of the fear and what becomes of the magic?

Dreaming

NicoleScherzinger in white

"At the same time as Jews were struggling with the traumatic consequences of their expulsion from Spain and Muslims were establishing their three great empires, the Christians in the West were embarking on a course that would take them far from the certainties and sanctities of the old world. This was an exciting period, but it was also disturbing. During the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, the Black Death had killed one-third of the population of Christendom, and countries of Europe had been ravaged by such interminable strife as the Hundred Years War between England and France and the internecine Italian wars. Europeans had endured the shock of the Ottoman conquest of Christian Byzantium in 1453, and the papal scandals of the Avignon Captivity and the Great Schism --when as many as three pontiffs had claimed to be the successor of St. Peter at the same time -- had caused many to lose faith in the institutional church. People felt obscurely afraid, and found that they could not be religious in the old way. Yet it was also a time of liberation and empowerment. The Iberian explorers had discovered a new world; the astronomers were opening up the heavens, and a new technical efficiency was giving Europeans greater control over their environment than any body had achieved before. Where the conservative spirit had taught men and women to remain within defined limits, the new culture of Western Christendom showed that it was possible to venture beyond the confines of the known world and not only to survive but to prosper. This would ultimately make the old mythological religion impossible, and it would seem that Western modernity was inherently hostile to faith..."

Perfection, Maybe.

perfection of Kim Kardashian's beauty

Nicole Scherzinger

Perhaps the illusions of perfection are the glimpses of what is better within us that is parallel an existence alive within the opposite sex?  It is the tendency of people to exclaim perfection, and intellectually deny the probability of attaining it. At the same time there is the tendency of men to ascribe perfection to any number of women they glimpse, or see, or know; and too for women to the perfect man extol his virtues endlessly. We pray for perfection until something settles within us and we are aware of the imperfection of trying to envision perfection, and the perils of misjudging self and others trying to be perfect.

Perhaps illusion is the best part of perfection in others, and the work to become better is the beauty of the subject of our admiration, and what the thought of an unattainable woman can inspire within a man to do better, be  better and think better centers us on our spiritual paths?

Maybe.

ADULTERY

Nicole Scherzinger
ADULTERY:
weakness of the flesh, revelation of the spirit

It takes a great deal of honest introspection to see one's worth, and more training to understand where one fits into the whole, and to understand the depth of need to have sex, to connect with another person, and the powers of divinity through sexual intercourse. The scheme of how many lives has nothing to do with relationship to how things work internally, or externally. It is difficult in the Western system to navigate. Much time, and pride is given, and felt in the belief that the complex elements of the whole are separate from each other. In that worldview concepts like merging are dismissed, and women and men are short changed in the arena of magical living, foresight, insight, and inspection of soul, might and intent.

It is sad, but many prefer to be immature, and victims. They will never ascend out of the base elemental forces of adulterous, and dangerous sexual lifestyles and these types of discussions because sex and lust are powerful, and deeply a part of who we are as People, and it takes a particular type of maturity and need to have dominion over one's spirit! The sex drive is so powerful even the holy ones around us have to struggle against these forces of their Natures. How we tutor ourselves in this area is determined by cultural beliefs, religion, spiritual powers born from the tutelage of our initiation(s), if we had them, or not.

Spirituality and the sex drive are the same. They come from the same source, and cannot be defined without the accompaniment of the other. They are like breath and words. One does not exist, or want to live without the other. A man, if I may introduce manhood into this discussion, needs constant validation through the channels produced within the inner chambers of a woman's womb. It connects us deeply. How it does is dependent upon the type of man we are, and intend to be.

There is much to intelligently discuss and reveal on this subject. This is only a beginning. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 5.4.13

GALLERY OF ART

Nicole Scherzinger crossed her legs to communicate to the viewer in a dress with ruffles. The dress seemed to hark back to a hundred years ago in fashion as if modernity were sewn into the style evoked. Remarkable.

Silence in the midst of injustice is sinful. God has given all of us a voice. It's up to us to speak up and speak out. We don't have to wait for national leaders to say something. Why? Because God has called you and I to make a difference. - Rev. Sinclair Grey III nov. 15.13

Arisen from the mist of ....

a mysterious encounter in the dark from Memnon TeZe Zaahir's gallery.

Sometimes light comes from dark in a way you know in that moment it is not from our world. You know, if it is in the woods, quickly when the seen and  unseen collide, if indeed they can and do collide. Either way glimpses are given, and something within us remembers something we forgot... - Gregory E. Woods 12.25.13

How Rabbit Got The Widow's Daughter

Christies Cabaret of Glendale

September 10, 2013

An old woman had a beautiful daughter with whom Rabbit was in love. So he went to the old woman and asked to marry her. But the old woman made excuses, saying that the girl was not old enough, did not understand housework, etc. Rabbit thereupon went off and made a plan, which he proceeded to carry out. He took a cane and made a hole in the back of the fireplace so that the sound could come through the fire. Then one night he got behind the fire and spoke through his cane, saying: "Anyone who has a growing daughter and does not allow her to marry will surely die, will surely die." Then the old woman was frightened and said to her daughter: "Listen to this. When he comes back you had better marry him." And so Rabbit got the girl.
