Is nude the new black? is one of the ever growing questions gossips and fashion zealots enjoy passing off as profound statements. The question in today's news refers to celebrities wearing nude colored outfits like Kim Kardashian's fashion statements of late. Celebrity stylist, Robyn Victoria said of the trend, "nudes are a huge trend right now. Wearing nude colors lights up the imagination of what lies beneath and can make a woman irresistible." Wearing one of the dresses I favored, a peach two-piece ensemble with a high neck & nude heels, Kim Kardashian said, "I love going for solid colors for the ultimate simplicity and elegance,"

There appears to be a lot of order in fashion and the production of popular reality shows not based upon the deeper stuff of life lead me to a question about chaos. It is the words of Terence McKenna, a man I am not familiar with. It is his thought, “Chaos is what we've lost touch with. This is why it is given a bad name. It is feared by the dominant archetype of our world, which is Ego, which clenches because its existence is defined in terms of control.”  that makes itself divide the words and lifestyles of form into the challenges of formlessness that comes after death and the beginning of new life. There. Those last words I said may be the definition of chaos for those who have not died to be re-born in their souls and spirits.

It is daunting those words, the images it creates, and feelings it conjures up. But, when one sees Kim Kardashian, or imagines her walking down a street in a nude dress topped with a black coat calm would be restored alongside normalcy hearing Robyn Victoria say Kim has such a winning look: Kim is not the tallest glass of water, so when she slips into a nude dress and matching heels she looks like a glamazon!
