I was thinking ...

Life is to live in the light of love, happiness, compassion and mutual understanding as life is too short. Just make huge difference in other's lives with your divinely gifted intelligence, wisdom and hidden treasures to attract best version of your life... When you spread your wings of love, happiness, kindness, help and peace throughout the world then you can fly at mountainous height of happiness, abundance, success and peace.

So be the light in someone's life and make huge difference in other's life then Lord will reward you infinitely. As valid truth says "The greatest joy of life can be accomplished when someone smile from within once you, love them unconditionally, share them your wisdom, finance and lift them up emotionally and spiritually by your kind words."

an ELDER'S teaching

In November of 2007 Pam Tinker and I had the privilege of receiving  and hosting Rainbow Eagle and his wife to Wolf Run for a week of teaching. The Muskogee (Creek) Elder, Bear Heart was to be featured but was dying in his home. He sent Rainbow Eagle, an Okla-Choctaw man whom Bear Heart had taught and passed on the ancient responsibility of being the Keeper of the Peace Shield.

Rainbow Eagle held all of us captive unfolding many things about these prophecies, and unique to his scholarship he showed us the connections of Christian history and theology to these indigenous teachings, and the prophecies in anticipation of the new cycles approaching in 2012. There were many things shared, and many insights enlightened our understandings. New Medicines were exchanged. Understanding relationships broadened the discussions, and through it all I took copious notes, and buried a lot within my heart the way Mary hid the prophetic words of the angels who spoke of her son to come in the world as a Messiah.

One of the simple things he said I will share.  "Elders say, 'learn to say thank you. Learn from all experiences, develop respect for all Life."

African American actresses have risen to heights limited by the vision of a business dependant upon insights of a dominant culture clinging to the tentacles of white supremacy, and a doctrine of entitlement that slowly barters with the notion that women have value and worth beyond the fancy of endless access to the sexual being within every woman. Black Americans did not name the period of the so-called black exploitation movies of the 1970’s. Whites made a last ditched effort to quell the surge of black pride that was foremost upon the consciousness of a people evolving out of the restrictive culture of Jim Crow. Business-wise the image of Black women was slow leaving the controlling personalities of business people who control Hollywood as the genius of the fashion industry was getting hip to the allure of dark skinned women. The features of African women were long the envy, and source of bloody retribution of white women upon African slave women, and men in the hidden chapters of relationship between the two races.

Whole industries were created to attain the “exotic African look”, but the business of beauty, and the business of sales within the movie and fashion industries was searching for ways to hold onto the aesthetic mystery of Black American women without the presence and contributions of Black women, and then along came Science. Science came into the game of race relations with technology that could create African looks on white women, and the years passed as the fashion industry found reasons to let go of the 'ideal' of Black womanhood, and seized upon the enhanced features of white women from Europe and America. The direction of these tendencies nestle within the tentacles of success white Americans have had living off of the paradigms of supremacy, and entitlement, but at what cost?

The cost to their souls has been more than brutal. Many healers have passed down a wisdom to younger healers, and developed the spirit and technique to assist in the developmental process of our white relatives initiation into adulthood. In the medicine wheel teaching from the Man Who Looks Like His Uncle, Angaangaq, the white man, and the elements he is composed of speaks of their spiritual responsibility to bring people together. They have done that but at what cost to the souls of all mankind affected by the approach and life way of the European? That is too large of a question to answer in so narrow a space, but as we plunge deeper into the "war with no end" perhaps Americans will gain a little of the old wisdom and listen to the Peace Keeper from the Iroquois nation, and become adults in the Human Family.

JIHAD

A Jihad is about the spiritual battle within one's self to become a better person. The radical fundamentalists that the United States government recruited in Arabic countries for our means and purposes have bitten us in the ass. For many years we were openly training young radical Arabic men in Georgia, USA in the School of the Americas up until the year 2001; the year we got bit from behind, and struck from above. Generals in the Bush administration in 2001 throughout, at least 2003 were making the Christian religious claims to justify invading Iraq as the administration floundered about trying to find the right argument to get Americans on their side.


It was an awful time for thinking people the world over who knew too much about American duplicity. Those of us from diplomatic circles were alarmed at the deep levels of ‘not knowing’ among the average American citizen. Millions of American citizens had no idea about the legacy of our foreign policies, and swayed so easily to the sales approach for the wars in Iraq. In both Bush administrations, as is the norm, the Christian Church and her white leaders, mostly, were courted to win their constituents over to support invading Iraq. The catch phrases were straight out the Bible. The “Anti-Christ”, “Armageddon”, and on and on they ranted intentionally disarming intelligent thought, discourse, and blurred an historical gaze and perspective about what is really going on, thereby circumventing the responsibility we have towards others as a super power.

So deeply ingrained into the American psyche is this truth about ourselves that when 9/11 happened Americans were incapable of seeing the opportunity to seek, find and begin to work for peace, true peace in the deepest sense of the word, and the life-concept of that word. We are paying, and will pay more for the cost of not knowing, not being willing and able to know, and understand a worldview balanced, and rooted in the deeper principles of the sacred feminine, and the sacred masculine, and the role of the Peace Keeper, who came to this land a few centuries ago and showed us how to balance the war-like spirit that dominates our culture. - Gregory E. Sarah Palin is a beauty under seige whose political savvy is a joke in diplomatic circles because her skill level is too low, and among thinking people disappointing because she, at the least, does not have much intellectual curiousity.  It is very disappointing the way the Republican Party tries to raise her above the level she has earned.  The Republican Party, conservatives, and the Churches that support this kind of dickering around haven't the consciousness to see that there is change looming above their heads, and the Church as it is now is in its death throes.  The time of the Church is passing away as the Picean era fades into the stages of our human evolution advancing to new beginnings in the Aquarian Age, the end of a 26,000 year cycle, as the Ojibwa Peace Shield teaches. The Mayans, the Christians, the Hopi all speak as does other indigenous prophecies tell of these times. 

The Bible seen through the eyes of the initiated sees the old stories of a Hebrew people evolving their consciousness from ancient times 'til now.  Living is a deep act of power.  In relationship with power is crucial to being able to see what is really happening in these times.  Fixation of the static non-movement of belief confined to containers (the Church, the Mosque, the Temple, etc.) and a firm commitment to conserving movement forward into a new world for the sake of appearing ready to fight for God is empty. -Gregory E. Hope Found in Teachings of an Ancient American Indian Peace Shield
by Rainbow Eagle, Seventh Fire Peace Shield Teacher

I am a native person of Okla-Choctaw heritage, who has been entrusted and honored, in this Seventh Fire, to offer the teachings of an ancient Anishinabe (Ojibwa) Peace Shield of Truth and instructions to the Human Family one last time. The ancient truths of this shield are older than many sources including the Dead Sea Scrolls. Gathering and increasing truth's power to restore and amplify peace upon Mother Earth is the ultimate purpose of the Peace Shield. A bundle was opened in early 1996 in a special ceremony to begin the sacred mission of the Peace Shield. Contained within the bundle is a sacred prayer pipe and large elk hide upon which the Peace Shield is drawn.


"The Seven Fire Prophecy" foretold of this time to the ancient people. Seven prophets spoke of a Fire or Spiritual chapter, which described things, which would happen to the people. The Seventh Prophet said that native ways would be honored and the Elders would again speak. Also shared was, the light skinned race would be given a choice between two roads: destruction or the lighting of the Eighth and final fire, an age of peace, love, joy and oneness. In addition, the Seventh Fire foretold of the signals, which would be given to Native People so they would know when to act for the good of "All Relations." The signals would include environmental concerns, risks to the destruction of humanity, high levels of technology, Earth Changes, and finally Freedom for Native people to participate in their beliefs.


The Peace Shield is a reminder to Native people that in the Seventh Fire it would be their responsibility to assist and help bring the Human Family back together again. "These original truths of the Peace Shield are to be given to the Human Race for the last time so that each person can have what they need to decide the future of our Mother Earth." The Peace Shield teaches the value, beauty, wisdom and wonder of walking into the future with great faith and absolutely no fear. In the past the Peace Shield provided community and personal stability, it now charters for human kind a journey into the blessed future. The Peace Shield brings this challenge to all Earth Walkers - become more aware of and develop respect for all religions and ways of reaching toward the Creator. The peace Shield has a specific circle that honors and holds the energy of those prophets, messengers and spiritual leaders who are the reflections or rays of light that emit the truths and glow of the Great Source/Creator. Unique to the Peace Shield is the bringing of a "sharing table" into the Lodge of the Creator.


At this table, the Human Family can become aware of our neighbors that share this earthly planet. As each person, group and community of believers’ talks with each other, the outcome promised in many prophecies comes nearer. I believe that spirituality lives first in one's personal expression of truth, second, in the choice to find companionship with others and third in the courage and self-discipline to walk one's talk in the next "fire" or dimension of existence. One reminder is presented here for all to consider.


Sacred scrolls and documents will be brought out of their concealment when the people return to spiritual ways, "By Faith Alone." We must take time to reflect upon our native warriors and aborigines who exhibited no fear in purer cultural times. A significant blessing, and gift, of the Peace Shield is its energy to balance oneself and groups. The task of spiritual beings in the Seventh Fire is the balancing or the strengthening of two aspects of our personal outlook on life. Having achieved this balancing of two truths, there develops within our spiritual being a totally new aspect within us. This new aspect, a third dimension of self, can assist and literally propel us into or towards a new reality of life, or step into the future. Many of us are standing at some sort of "Y" in the road. I believe the Peace Shield within us and the Peace Shield(s) by ancient ones can shed light upon our journey back to the side of the Creator and Community. The future will be created by each one of us. Let us all anticipate and prepare, even celebrate our Journey toward new realities of life.
