Teach Your Spirit

Image is powerful and important a tool in unlearning. Unlearning is the first step towards understanding and embracing power, and power is fundamental focus of your intention to empower children, and with Power comes Clarity, and Clarity makes it easier to size and measure any situation as a warrior or a warrioress! - Gregory E. CREEDS TO TRUST

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Don't believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe anything because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But, after observation and analysis, when you find anything that agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up. - Siddhartha Gautama (Buddha)

Is it the truth?
Is it fair to all concern?
Will it build good will and better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

WHITE PRIVILEGE BLACK THOUGHT

"Things are different for white women in the lime light. For one, I suspect there is a smoldering resentment held against successful Black actresses, and singers by a silent number of white women. I suspect the resentment is laced with envy, and a historical context to support it. Even if unable to tap into the historical roots of the feelings it touches our lives in the present, and becomes malicious gossip, or leads to unnecessary surgeries, or scandals where Black women are held to a higher moral standard many famous white women cannot sustain. The subject is controversial, and it is an unnecessary expenditure of energies. If these dynamics don't, or can't find a place to rest and retire how will the revelations women need to become the dreams dreamt for them arrive unto them? " - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 8.4.13
