Expression in 2 arenas

Jordan has the largest concentration of Palestinian refugees, with nearly two million in 13 camps. We visited the Al Wehdat Palestinian refugee camp to find out what life was like.

Reporting WAR

Journalist Lucy Kafanov with a young boy, Mahmoud, who'd fled the war in Syria. He crossed the border alone, and now lives in the Zaatari refugee camp in Jordan.

Lucy Kafanov is an international TV correspondent and news anchor. Lucy's intimate knowledge of Washington politics and policy allowed her to develop her journalism career across several media. She spent several years as a congressional reporter on Capitol Hill for Greenwire – Washington’s premier political newswire and daily on environment and energy policy. Lucy also worked as a radio reporter and producer for various international radio clients, including Voice of America, Deutsche Welle Radio, SABC, Vatican Radio, Radio New Zealand and Voice of Nigeria.
