Well said. The photographer captured a moment many have not experienced. Out of fear a reluctance to touch the Earth, our Mother in the dark of night. In my life I have met some. Most, sadly shun the idea. That shunned how will our children, our grown children search and find enlightenment in their lifetimes in cyberspace, if concept of connection is online in pictures and images?

The Black Code

I remember with conflicting emotions and an element of grief this expressed as Black Power. The interpretation made by the American mindset and the American government was murderous. Today, the Black Lives Matter movement reflects and stirring up this same sense of being that welled up in the 1960's and '70's brings on sadness because we have not evolved beyond protest and "I wish." and "I hope we can."
