The Elegant Lines of Black Lovers

Fine Black couple expecting their child.

"Many things open within me seeing moments like this between a man and  his woman. Those memories I have are personal and dear to my sense of purpose, Being and very sensitive to how the sum of one pregnancy points to the possibility of a better horizon, a better chance for hope and the fulfillment of prophecies each birth creates.

Nothing can speak as loud, or louder than the bulging form of a woman's body carrying life. Nothing speaks to the mysterious Life and Death exchange that pregnancies and birth brings center stage to challenge the mundane of existence and dynamics of the friction between the three." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 6.30.14

MAGICAL CREATURES IN NATURE

2 children playing
July 19, 2013
from Telma Regina Garcia

Look at that joy! That picture has captured the spirit of children whose spirit has not solidified in their bodies yet. Children's spirits take a few years to ground into the body and their learning should be in accordance with that process. The rigid role of the traditional teacher is detrimental to a  child's development at this level. Ignorant of the requirements of a teacher to teach to and from the subtle elements is not a reason to continue the practice of harshness heralded as education, or to force children into formal school settings at the tender ages when they should be exploring the details of the world-at-large.

Harshness and judgement have never produced light or made it easy to discover magic, but the two are fundamental to the approach children are forced to accept as necessary to succeed in school and life. Isn't that cruel?

We are born into magic, not sin. Childhood requires four (4) things and harshness and judgement are not a two (2) of the four (4). - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9.19.13

O tempo

YET TO LEARN

sad woman

Being vulnerable is not only unique among the young, but for adults it is an act of power. Loving someone and having love reciprocated is dependent upon the intent of each person in a relationship. An obvious flaw in the divinity of exchange and sharing the space of soul is in what people believe. The belief structures we have attract the people we need, and the people who will wound us until we learn the exact measurements of who we are.

Young women's belief in the characters who performed for them as adults when they were children find their early 20's difficult when they learn that what they believe is stronger than whatever religion they espouse.

"What do you believe?"
"Why enter into a relationship that is not reciprocal?"

These are some of the questions you, and everyone needs to ask themselves entering any relationship. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 8.24.13

Divine energies

"Other than you one person knows the significance of the day we consummated a marriage of souls. Our relationship began instantly rather slowly until we grew to know who we were to each other. For years, I never feared we would not happen until the fears you harbored came alive and activated change to who we are together! For the loss, I've not quieted the grief, or learned not to feel the mourning. I love you. I love you. I love you..." - Gregory 10.26.13
