Yesterday I thought this...

//

I wish I, or someone knew what we are looking at that occurred so long ago.. It is disturbing looking backwards into Time, as someone else knew their time on Earth before they died, as we all do to leave this plane of existence. Photography is powerful in its ability to hold time still in one place without touching, or altering the fact, the quality and essence of a moment... - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories.

Imagine Losing This Capacity, for good!

Cristina Tiurean Photography

… When there are more than moments captured in one moment, somehow; you are witness to magic, mystery or have glimpsed divinity. Either way it is part of existence that creates a living experience to delve into with full intent to be engaged in the same creative energies that gave your body life!. . . - Gregory E. face of Shyna Chung by Roland Dawson. 2017
Her face peers into changes. Don't know if perception is changed by the eyes I have, or the perception of form I can play with, or her face has the mysterious capacity to shift its beauty and its focus at will this way, or that! As a child, I found few faces, like Shyna Chung's, fashioned by shifting powers with their own design to command alteration of perception, the perception of beauty, and the penetrating capacity to be seen other ways by a shift in direction!

It was hard to explain as a child, and no easier grown up! But, power of compelling faces is none lessen by any disability to describe what I think I see, say I perceive, and want to see. Again, Mr. Dawson I love the subtly of your work! - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 9/21/17

It Would've been...

Every man has an ideal in his life that takes his breath away at the mere sight of her, the sound of her voice, or the something she does to him entering a room without him. It happens this perception of beauty, of womanhood, of what is essentially magic at work. It happens more than once. Closer to a man's real life, if he marries such a woman, and their life patterns are compatible, and they are whole together, and as one individual connected to the other, magic is what they are living. I thought this would happen when Lauren Bacall and I met. We never met and she was too many years older than me. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories [June 5, 2018]

Wonder meant to engage...

"The relationship between women and water is the birth of a child, the pregnancies we all evolve from and the element we carry and emerge from to breath air. It is quite the circular game to existence these touches to our knowing!..." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 8/21/18

"Tiny woman. Elegantly does she wear the Ujena classic G-string! It is a gift being this confident in the sensuality of this stage in life. It commands attention to and from purpose!..." ~  Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories

Moments, bright ones!

"... dark classic beauty against colors from the spirit that founded terrestrial life is an ideal!"
- Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories

A woman's beautiful legs are an atonement for some, for others they are twin pillars of strength carrying their weight and for others legs just stunning in their beauty and appeal makes moments brighter! Tributes of various types have been made in awe of women's legs for a host of reasons. Some people are simply collectors of pictures, or photos of women's legs that holds them in a trance. Others are supposed to simply be admired and other women's legs have clear paths towards a pool wet with dreams and potential!

In the fullness of clarity two things: (1.) Nothing beats a great pair of legs!" and (2.) "the supremacy of beauty is in the melanin of African women!" - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 7/28/18

Woman to Woman!

Helen Mirren Praises Kim Kardashian For Being 'Shameless And Proud
Queen of cool, Dame Helen Mirren has praised stars of today – namely Kim Kardashian – for changing societies perceptions of what is beautiful and acceptable for women.
In an interview with The Telegraph, the Dame revealed that while she is not a fan of the Kardashian’s per se, she loves the way Kim, along with other stars including JLO and Madonna, have "raised their middle fingers to this epithet of 'slut'".
"I’m not into the Kardashians – it’s a phenomenon I just don’t find interesting, but – and this is the big word: B-U-T-T – it’s wonderful that you’re allowed to have a butt nowadays," she said.

"Thanks to Madame Kardashian, and before her, JLO. We’re also allowed to have thighs now, which is great too. It’s very positive."

The 70-year-old actress says that when she was growing up, it was deemed "unbelievably sluttish to even have a bra strap showing".

"Everything was about women conforming. I love shameless women. Shameless and proud!"

Helen Mirren as contemplation is either an ideal, or the sensuality she exudes is a whiff of confidence born of an assurance she will perform in life, as well as on film excellently. Also, she's beautiful! - Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories

8 Miles from home...

Nan Province Thailand

"I have had an adventurous life. I want to travel to Thailand to be still in the spaces there."
Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories

Nan Province in Thailand

Tucked under the Laotian border in Thailand’s extreme north, Nan Province has a long history of independent or semi-autonomous rule based on its remoteness more than anything else. Even now this isolated, rural expanse doesn’t quite get the same amount of tourist trade as other regions in Thailand. But traveler accommodations are increasing, and visitors are generously rewarded with vistas of forested mountains, sublimely beautiful temples, and gloriously green countryside such as this.

Sacha & Jmayel El-Haj are Professional Photographers/Videographers from the UK who travel the length and breath of Thailand with their dog. They have been together since the tender age of 16 and married in June 2011 in the Moroccan Desert. This is the link to their page.

These two young people made a decision the civilization we live in and benefit from should be made by more and more young people. They made a decision "to live a life unknown. Where their successes would be gauged by happiness gained and experiences shared." It would jar the sensibilities of American life out of its myopic gaze into a swirling vortex of pure pleasure, powerful enlightenment meant for the possibility to live deeply and as Jesus said, "more abundantly." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories Jan. 7, 2017
