DACA



Drumpf's a piece of 💩 In any event, you still have to grapple with your beloved outdated, and at times poorly worded Constitution, -Section 1, Clause 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment reads:

"All persons [BORN] or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside"

If you know the history adequately, the
13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments are the result of black liberation struggle and black grievances against the U.S. government. The 14th Amendment, in part, sought to address deficiency in the Dred Scott v. Sandford decision. The Dred Scott case (1857) held 'a free negro of the African race, whose ancestors were brought to this country and sold as slaves, is not a "citizen" within the meaning of the Constitution of the United States-- therefore had no standing to sue in federal court'

The irony, while [BLACK] Haitians and other [BLACK] Africans are blocked and/or deported under the Trump Regime, [WHITE] Russians and Norwegians are very welcome. And this is labeled merit-based immigration.
