Outside of AFRICA

Delbert Africa was assaulted by Philadelphia police after the standoff with the group MOVE. An officer was killed that day and the evidence pointed to him being shot by other cops, but 9 MOVE members were all convicted of pulling the trigger. The memory of that is dark taking me back to other related incidents, as brutal as the way their house was burned to the ground with people inside.

During the years I was a police officer in the period of the crack epidemic I saw a lot I won't write about. One of the outstanding things I learned was this: Communities, cities and towns tell, and indicate what they really want. In other words, police reflect the unspoken desire of their communities, and their leaders. I am not sure how sophisticated Black youth are, but as they are seen in the eyes and behavior of police around the country it is clear! How and if that changes is dependent upon the changes Black Americans make within individually, and later collectively. The chances of that are slim contributing to the violence levied against us by brute force, and contempt for Black lives that don't matter to 'them'! The bulk of the battle is within. the Womb in Violence

Womb is treated incorrectly in Western life. What is placed in front of the vagina is as important as who is placed within Her. She is Sacred Space. Know this and live, know this and change the environment. Around you within is the change we crave because men know not what to do. The hint of scripture or sacred text as the basis for change in this society turns millions of Euro-Americans off for one reason, and this is significant because the subject is ancestry.

Their ancestry finds their repulsion in the substance of Creation by God! Divorced from heart, self, others and soul their path of thought and belief has led the entire world downward into self destruction. Without understanding of how we, as a species, are consuming ourselves for comfort, convenience and the accumulation of wealth and dominance have come to this place is ignorance, deliberate ignorance. I have the talent and the eye of a good photographer, but when I was coming up as a child it was impolite to take pictures traveling and living in various countries. Americans were intrusive. After the Korean war and the other wars waged by the mid-20th century, people were weary of American intrusion passing itself as diplomacy. Vatos Locos.

Organized gangs are more representative of the soul of America. How are they ignored on September 11, 2018? Easily. As long as we cling to the myth of America we don't see the country as it is to others victimized by our ways of life! What am I thinking of making such a statement?

First of all, I am not caught up in the whining and impish patriotism fluttering about 17 years after those men crashed planes into buildings in New York city, Pennsylvania and D.C., where I was during the attack. Second, I was keenly aware of what these attacks meant beyond the terror of the moment. I saw the opening in a paradigm to change the world, and our worldview to usher in peace on that day within a few hours. There were others, but as the weeks became months it was apparent the chance for peace wasn't going to occur. War-like people have to engage their soul with killing.

It is impossible for white Americans, in particular, to move beyond the immature impulse to remain within the initial stage of shock and disbelief. Seventeen years later, and white Americans still behave in the emotional state immediately after a violent attack. Third thing that stands out is remembering how intently the coverage about the loss of white lives dominated coverage of the event for a long time, and the lack of historical reference to give a proper perspective to the event. To this day, the world silently breaths in contempt for the melodrama of September 11 remembrance events.

I know I do.

How does the chief among predatory forces illicit pity from other countries whose citizens still smart after what we have done to them?

Diamonds Are Rough

Diamond Jackson is a whore; in polite society she is an adult actress. She is fine; as good looking as a man would want a woman to be but she embodies histories we like to ignore, or pretend didn't happen. Her perceptions mirror the inconsistencies of men's theology. This woman likes to be filmed and photographed copulating with white men in submissive and dominate roles. As an outside historian observing this let it be pointed out: she raises awareness about the conditioning of thought and practice that influences the way men and the law looks at, and judges women victims of rape and molestation. 

Black women, like Diamond Jackson, school white men's imaginations about who they are, and what they truly think about Black women in their contempt... There is a history to this assertion Americans need to uncover!

Sadly, there are millions of Americans ignorant of the basis of the social constructs they take for granted, and assume have always been in place for the right reasons. Women have the right to know what preceded today to better understand the forces that dictate life every two minutes, in the States, when a woman gets raped. If the MeToo Movement is going to acquire true power it needs relationship with the past realities, and principles that set this stage of such deep disregard for women and it needs a sacred base. Understandably, fear keeps women focused on outrage. With no substance and a lot of emotion this aspect of the women's movement moves to sink in quick sand without balance to a righteous cause. But, why balance, and what needs to be balanced? 

The obvious questions arise from knowing what has passed on before today, why and how. (Sankofa) There is another dangerous question we cannot afford, in the long run, to ignore; a deeply disturbing question not to be answered by men. There is a link between whores and professional women too terrible to think about, but it is there. You discern and ask the question from these histories.

Black Theology, Black Church

Many church goers are seeking individual salvation. Family and community is actually closer to being "Christian". I am convinced that the Kingdom of Heaven begins in the family. Return to the civility of our deeper mind to transcend the madness. "When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you." African Proverb. The dominant culture still regards us as property, so we are forced to access divine wisdom as a collective that has eroded in too many of our youth. This is our responsibility.


The selfish angel dominated the children of God. He rapes the powerful and the weak. As a liar and a thief, he successfully educates the privileged to exploit the exploitable and feel satisfied while he rapes the human collective, causing all to behave like his children and not God's. We must address the pathology of contempt from the individual to the collective. The lust for power creates pirates who do not apologize for their behavior. - Adruma Victoria (2017)

African Mothers and AIDS 

Mothers2Mothers, an international non-profit organization, based in Cape Town, South Africa was born in 2001, was founded by Frank Beadle de Palomo and Robin Smalley. Mothers2Mothers work with pregnant mothers, and new mothers who are HIV+, empowering, teaching, training and employing the mothers. These women become advocates for the millions of women in sub-Saharan Africa to fight through the myths about HIV/AIDS for better quality to life, and a myriad of concerns facing the countries of Africa; not as common here in the United States! The infected women receive treatment, while pregnant, preventing the transmission of the disease to their unborn children. These mentor mothers empower and educate other mothers throughout sub-Saharan Africa in a concentrated way to diminish the transmission of HIV, and better equip mothers with the tools they need in their environments! In sub-Saharan Africa 200 babies a day are infected with the virus. 1.3 million pregnant women live with the virus in this region; it is estimated!

My research suspects this is a modest estimation to ease the enormity of the epidemic. Remember this is an epidemic! Now it is possible to reduce the chances of babies born with the virus to as low as 5% by technological advancements approved, and made profitable for Western countries to pour into Africa! Couldn't bare to look at the video, or pictures. It brings to memory what my Ancestors went through watching the wanton killing of our animals, and ways of life the Europeans viewed as sport, and their right in God's name. It is so close to the present. That spirit the teacher has never went away and died. It wasn't transformed at any point in American, or European history. It became hard, unrepentant, and determined forever more to become more emboldened. As a First Nations/African man, this inner violence is in the air, and never hidden!... - Gregory E. 50 years after Dr. King was killed we got. . .

Millennials. I don't call them that. Naming a group by a time period takes their humanity away. If anything they are the Unawares, and unable to figure out where they stand in relationship to anything around them near or far. Without childhoods of substance in the traditional, or ancient way of developing a child's spirit as their spirit settles into their bodies is the beginning of creating undeveloped adults. The complexity of what I just said, in person, leaves these children outside of understanding; so I as an Elder have to couch many things because these young people's lack of balance tells the story of their lack of substance needed to become human. -
