WATER taught Jesus

walking on water Miss Brittany Ferretti (l.) & another model !!!!

Miss Brittany Ferretti, in as few words as possible allow me to say why this photograph of your climbing a steep mountain struck a cord, and shed a light on some things beneath the surface of American life.

"The heights white women had to climb out of and away from the low estimation and value white men historically placed upon them is a dizzy height above the arena of their plight in Europe. The last part of the 20th century saw the fastest movement away from the clutches of their men's powers over their esteem, and lives.

The Civil Rights movement's momentum fed white women, and the strategies of the Civil Rights movement gave insight to the chink in white men's thinking, and paved a way for white women to effectively fight during negotiations for their freedoms! The troubling thing is the sense of ingratitude. Today's white woman does not know, seems not to know, and others pretend not to know the indebtedness they have to the American Indian women, and the African women they enslaved." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 12.25.14

DO Like JESUS

In southern Nigeria a self-proclaimed prophet declared he could walk into a den of lions the way Daniel did. The zoo, and other people tried to talk him out of his faith and belief. Noble in appearance in a red robe the gate was open and the lions tore him to pieces. In Gabon, a pastor Frank Kabele declared God gave him a revelation he could do what Jesus could do. He told his congregation he could walk on water like Jesus did. He took two steps on the water, and drowned.

In the book of Mathew 14:22-33 the words comforted and affirmed Pastor Kabele, and the book of Daniel informed the Nigerian pastor of the validity of his vision. These were both men. How much of their sense of manhood, and masculinity informed them? Women have made equally irrational declarations and steps, but in their households, and in relationships and marriages. What is missing in the above two stories is not so clear, and it is not obvious to a body of believers.

A friend of mine shared with me the deeper aspect of Jesus walking on the waters. Not ever mentioned in holy text, she pointed out, "water is a feminine element and Jesus was a man demonstrating the practice of balancing that element within himself as a man." Physically, he probably did manipulate energies to appear to and actually walk upon water, but either way he was demonstrating balance between two poles of thought, the two fundamental elements of Creation, and the advanced development of his manhood. This is a Holy Trinity, and a symbolic Pyramid. Jesus later went on to say that those following him in life could do what he did and more. Perhaps the pastor died without developing impeccability balanced with knowledge and common sense.

If he'd listened to understand funk music he would've known George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic said, "Common sense ain't common!" - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories (jan. 2014)

A DIVINE ORDER OF THINGS

Instagram Chicks

"Change requires us all to gaze into the unknown and act as if we believe angels will guide us in the dark. Spirit is your manifesting partner, allowing yourself to be in the dark without the certainty of the future and trust that your highest intentions will find their form in divine appropriate timing. Courage my love...courage."

Sept. 9 2013

The ENERGY OF THE DAY equals 7. The number 7 is ruled by the planet Neptune and is considered to be a highly spiritual number with introverted qualities. 7 has mystical power.

7 is the sacred number of Mother of the Oceans, Yemoja. Water is a feminine element. Representing receptivity and allowing. It reflects our emotional state. The depth of its mysteries.

7 also shows up as the Chariot in Tarot which speaks of having victory and being able to carry yourself as a confident being in the world. The Chariot is astrologically associated to the sign of Cancer representing mother love, nurturing, protection and psychic power.

Therefore, you need not be afraid to step "Into the Unknown." It's in the void where questions and answers live. - reading by Celeste Morgan 9.10.13

I heard something else...

WALKING AWAY IS A HARD THING! Even slaves have a hard time walking away. You have done it for so long; no place to go, no one to turn to. You find yourself being free but not free indeed. Doors are being open. The way is being shown; yet eyes cannot see, ears cannot hear, mouths can no longer talk; yet you want me to walk away. How dare you to insult my intelligence.
I am staying right where I am. SAFE IN THE ARMS OF JESUS... - Richard Pryor

"Richard, apparently you are deeply connected to the significance of the language of the grandchildren of ex-slaves, and the sound within the voices of slaves newly freed. You put words to it all of a sudden in the midst of a time when it is still the value system of a significant number of Black Americans.

Well said.

Negro slaves clung to a Jesus told to them by slave owners, and slave hungers, and preachers and politicians that has not changed much in form and content up until this day! Without changing that Jesus the bondage of the grandchildren of ex-slaves is the same as their fore parents before and immediately after 1865. To understand freedom one has to understand its denials. Unfortunately, that is not the concern, or the spiritual work of millions although it obviously is the need for the times, and times past." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 10.7.13

4 is the energy running today... 4 speaks of order, groundedness and balance. The Number 4 is also ruled by the planet Uranus, which represents all that is original and inventive and out of the box! It rules freedom and originality. So we are going to stop calling 4 people square little worker bees! 4 also has authority. It makes an appearance as the Emperor in Tarot and the Emperor is astrologically connected to the sign of ARIES. The number 4 is also the sacred number of the Orisha of Thunder, Lightning and Fire......King SHANGO has fire in his mouth. With this masculine energy, we are able to put FORM and ORDER to our DREAMS with passion.

Interesting that 4 also has a feminine touch. It is the 4th Chakra which is the HEART Chakra. When it is balanced, we experience AGAPE LOVE. The number 4 also makes an appearance as the DEER in Medicine Cards. And the Deer gifts us gentleness.

When we learn to dance with the fullness of the 4 energies, we learn to walk with Compassionate Power! Blessing all those we meet including ourselves. ~ Celeste Morgan, Oct. 6, 2013

The PRAYER

MY HEART OPENS AS I FORGIVE.
In my prayer time, I realize I cannot forgive with a hardened heart. Whatever wrong I perceive has hurt me, I know forgiveness is the path to healing. Divine Love is the great solvent. It softens all hardened conditions of mind and heart. I open myself to divine love and allow it to heal me.
I begin by visualizing each of us entering the world as an innocent babe. Beneath any hurt, fear, or judgment, we are still that pure Essence of Being. Opening my heart, I connect my pure Essence to that of others. I speak a simple prayer, “May you be blessed.” I release each wound to the forgiving, healing power of Divine Love. With a softened heart, I welcome my good—the peace of forgiveness.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.—Matthew 5:8

To internalize this prayer would be a teaching, and a life propelling force of your nature into Nature, Celeste!! It would give killers less to feed upon from the atmosphere surrounding them and us. Dig what I'm saying?

Gun legislation in the wake of expressed rage bursting out of killers is a cowards' way of admitting incompetence, and the fears and terror of seeing oneself in others; even killers. The air, the atmosphere is contaminated by the thoughts we release, inhale, and insist upon. Change at that level is much closer to the spirituality powerful enough to change a killer's intent than the other alternatives offered to society. This is personal responsibility expanded into one's spiritual responsibility. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 5.9.13

Enhancement or Contamination starts with the state of heart, the intent of mind, character of your being, and the ability to move into right action based on your heart calling. These are the stories of the soul. It is more profound for me to witness and to accent the air with compassion regardless of where you stand on any debate. AHO! ~ Celeste Morgan

POWER: a Women's discussion

"Lilith refused to be less than who she was created to be. She was created to create herself..." - Gregory E. Woods, (Dawn Wolf) Keeper of Stories feb. 23, 2011

"Yes, this is true, but I think Lilith has something for women, in particular, in this time. We grow numb to this power due to malnourished stories of sleeping princesses and princes who come to awaken with a kiss. We feed this to our girls. Some of us try to break from the hold of Disney, but it lingers. Lilith's story is rarely told among women. We are not given this story of her SACRED NO to everybody else and her SACRED YES to herself. Yes, but one thing that we can learn from her is that she knew of what she was made. There was no doubt about her authentic expression or her strength in not falling into people pleasing. Her story is nourishment when we take the time to eat and read and contemplate why so few know of her strength or only see her as the mother of demons. What makes a woman a demon? Uncaged strength and fire red nerve to say, "Actually, sweetie, this position doesn't work for me. And while we are at, I refuse to give of myself unless I want to." Yes, being aware is the key. Without a vision of who you are, then what is truly being created? As you beautifully pointed out Layla, "Every being creates itself. Only the thing is most are unaware they have this power." Tap into the stories that open up awareness. Then, explore within yourself what feels true and tap that power." - Celeste Morgan

"The feminine - woman - have been stripped to bare skin, bare bones, stolen identities, marred, crowned as princesses, and raped of this ' soul lite ' as keepers of the earth. This image speaks to me of how the feminine life force has never been taken, just forgotten by many. She holds an apple, the kundalini life force surrounds her, she is crowned with branches from the tree of life, her veins carry her story, the many mini eyes of the ' all knowing ', the erection that erupts from her groin, as Woman stays steadfast within the Life of Now. The colour of the skin as she grows from the Earth, stronger, full of life, carrying children of the children of the children on her back, standing on the shoulders of the Grandmothers Grandmothers. A brutally beautiful image!.. Perfect timing for the post Gregory !! Namaste' Liz." -Liz Harris

"Frankly I think woman's power is in not needing power, Lilith was just being her, if she ever was and not just fiction. I do not have to people please but it is my honour to make other humans feel worthwhile and not judge them as they ultimately will do that themselves when it is there time. That is the journey we take after we leave this body. I think that wanting to appear too strong in its self is a weakness. It takes strength to open yourself up to others. I do not have to be Lilith. I do not need the cover. I am just me; like me hate me its all the same to me, but i do not have to push that...

lol sorry just tired of the need to pretend women are this or that, women are men with missing equipment, we all need respect, but you do not have to make a big deal over it. If you do it's because u are afraid of ur weakness. I understand I am weak sometimes and am not afraid to ask for help. Then in my weakness there is a strength too." - Layla Riverside

"Ashe, Layla...I've never seen anyone heal from a debate, but a conversation...yes...that goes down like fine wine. Not in disagreement, just offering something to the table. Be well and stay in love. I am. Peace and in some ways your fire is so very Lilith. I thank you for expressing authentically which is all any of us want to do." - Celeste Morgan

"Just want man and woman to be at peace we are no more different from a man than I am from you. Some are weak some are strong in both. We should work towards unity. No more looking for differences putting on a face to protect our weakness. Embrace all you are and love even the weakest part of you then there is no room for stupid sayings like men are from mars. Men are just as scared as women often and react just as women do. Just an ounce of caring at the right time can make an angry man cry. I have seen it! Fear of weakness is weakness." - Layla Riverside

"These are your words and they wonderfully triggered my earlier thoughts. I thank you for them.... "every being creates itself , only the thing is most are unaware they have this power." A dear friend of mine says, "Truth needs no defense." There is truth here. All is well." - Celeste Morgan

Love Letters – Celeste Morgan

http://journeys-home.com/2011/07/09/love-letters-on-the-train/

As I approached my forties, older women gathered around me to speak about the changes I would experience. They whispered that I would have a stronger voice. I would lose my ability to tolerate and suffer with the masks I had acquired. They mentioned I would have more spirit and a second adolescence. Well, I have to get honest, this news kind of irritated me. I wondered why did I have to wait so long to give myself permission to fully live my life? I ask that question of most of the readers of this blog and invite you to ask yourself if you are waiting to start your life. The tools of sacred play and introspection continue to guide me on my personal journey. However, Journeys Home is the spot where I share about the magic of living my life and giving practical examples of walking in my own authenticity and truth. I’m not always skipping the halls or playing, but I will say that I have far more fun now than I ever did in my first adolescence as I continue to learn more about myself. As more of me comes out, I feel a call to share the love and light. I enjoy being of service and finding creative ways to help people look for their strengths and understand just how special and unique they really are. I believe the key to life is finding your true bliss and following it passionately. Strength and vulnerability live side by side in my world and while my voice may shake at times, I still speak today. Journeys Home chronicles my story! – Celeste Morgan http://journeys-home.com/author/journeyshome/

LIGHT OF Mother Earth in moonlight

"Well, if you really want to be transparent, you can't really get mad when you ARE. An open heart is a beautiful thing! Here's a big hug to unconditional love and acceptance and embracing your full divinity, the fullness of your human story. Be blessed, Family! Walk in a good way. Be true to yourself! Ashe!" -Celeste Morgan, Spirit Woman

"Yes My Sister: and in so doing we come to better know that the illusion that we are humans having spiritual experiences, it is the complete opposite - as we come to experience fully - we realize that we are spiritual beings having earthly/human experiences. The greatest gift - LIFE - and opportunity to co-create along the path of this journey. Know... See More that you are loved and that my heart is deeply linked to yours. Your words and your presence continue to be a constant reminder of unconditional love - AGAPE - and in that acceptance those who you come into contact with are better able to drop the wall and embrace ever increasing measures of their full divinity. ~Ashe" -Emilio Williams, author (7-09-10)

MYSTICAL THEOLOGY

PHYLISS HYMAN'S suicide

Phyllis Hyman by Keithalan

This is not a critique of Phyllis. I miss her deeply. I have had to ask myself some hard questions when she ascended and I had to take a different path than the one she chose for herself. The vulnerability of Phyllis has always been front and center in her craft. The scream at the end of "Meet Me on the Moon" has always haunted me. It was a demand really. Not a soft, quiet plea. It was felt from beyond the place of heart. Pulling from oceanic pain and a need for relief to be loved for all that she is and to finally have one strong enough to stand before her and take her hand.

I'm making assumptions and pulling from my own story, but I learned from her steps. Learning to walk alone is not easy for any spirit filled being. I had to decide everyday to wake up and love anyway in the depth of my darkest days. Whether my vision is understood and it is often not understood in my community or out of community, I have to remember who I am. Regardless of walking the world without that one person who truly loved me as I am, I have to use my voice. Fear can be a beautiful motivator. Fear of facing a mother who is an ancestor who would question my early arrival keeps me here.

I must live though I understand how death can be a sweet embrace. The children in my life keep me here. The little ones who are now growing and asking questions about gifts I have given them over the years. They make me play and laugh when I want to be grown and sullen. And yet, the music still plays and I hear Phyllis' sweet voice. I still cry when I hear her music. I suppose I always will, but I also will make the choice to live and in Phyllis' words,"I Refuse to be Lonely."  -Celeste Morgan, April 27, 2010

I want to continue this experience learning new stories and asking questions of myself and ancestors. Walking in prayer and introspection have given me insights. Everything has a genesis. Our stories begin somewhere within and intrude or introduce themselves to the world as problems or gifts. DIXIE CARTER DIED

"Southern women are a precious gift of grit and honey. Wanna see the grit? Mess with their loved ones. Wanna see the honey? Act like you have the sense to worship at the altar. When such a being transitions, it leaves such a deep gap. But I can witness that the spirit is strong. I was raised by a honey grit woman. Her deathdid not cut the bond between us. ENERGY does not die. It only weakens when we fail to remember, reflect and enjoy its presence. Rest in peace, Dixie. We will remember you" -Celeste Morgan
