SHADOWS within the Goddess

PART 35

"The tendency of men is to shrug off the fear of, and the notion of enraged women. It is a manly thing to do, and typical of us all because a woman’s rage somehow finds a way of finding us out. The first fear within any man is the fear of her rage becoming intuitive and finding our shadows and inconsistencies. If she does, and is related to us in some capacity it is even more a burden of fear. As a reaction we do the same thing cats do when embarrassed. We pretend to be doing something else. But unlike cats we tend to say dumb meaningless things to assuage our uneasiness." - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 3.22.13
