"But our collective suffering is still not giving us the impetus for collective action. There is a whole lot of divide and rule going on, with different countries still defining themselves by the identity of colonialism. We have Francophone Africa, Anglophone, Portuguese, Belgian, Dutch, and also the Maghrebi. Don't forget that in spite of our shared burden of colonialism, North Africa regards itself more as overlords of Black Africans rather than brothers and sisters. These are the reasons why unity of purpose will be difficult to achieve. There are too many agendas and too many Africas." -Lucky Joseph
