MEREANA TAKI, poetess of the Bone People in New Zealand
Island Flower
Luscious and playful
delicate Yellows kiss
Fuschia's stamen and
fills up my senses
with Spiritual plenitude.
Sound volcanoes mix
with molten harmonies.
Dancing hands can
give your heart these,
silences melodic
from the North.
Fragrant Fired Red
Leaves me Breathless.
Yellow is centre and
sometimes restless
raging out of... control
Lava is desire's hunger
and thirsting
for the Soul.
Wind Songs for Sacred
guiding Light
burning bright
calling forth a
new dawn and
a new day.
Deep sacred night
feathers in flight.
I dream you here.
A new Sun
An old Moon
Loom of
"cons
cious
ness"
in bloom.
