TRUTH, BEAUTY & INDUSTRY

PinUpDoll.com  model wearing a classic black vogue wiggle dress !!!!

The insistence of the fashion industry to play with fantasy has distorted the one thing that makes it all believable: the authenticity of skin. Skin tells stories and it is important, at all times, for those stories told on the face to be truthful, and for age to tell its truth. Yesterday a long time ago the world's traditions have stories of when women and men discovered the plant world's secrets and learned from the Plant People about beauty, and healing and colors. The secrets of the plant world were heard, and at some point in our collective histories special people heard the stories in their dreams, or listened carefully walking through plants about the ways to make pastes and colors from plants, and how to heal aging members of their communities. Ceremonies and ways to color the stories of their bodies and faces with designs, and symbols were created, and celebrated in dance, and mating rituals that kept the People alive. In those days, not knowing how to live apart, science, and magic danced together!

Today, the thinking around death and the fears hovering in an industry molded by genius, and the speed of style has created its own rituals to hold a fickle public amazed season after season. Science and magic re-joined each other's company and without their old relationship with Nature found a way to stabilize the shaking fears of aging women with an illusion from one of the old stories told by the northern most tribes of the White People. Faces were frozen in time, and the ritual of coloring the face was not accompanied by dance, and the ritual was denial, and the masks were colored with fear of aging, of dying to the promise of being young.

Botox and surgery replaced the introspective art of breath, and the Old Women's circle teaching of reciprocity ceremonies, and the ways of Power whispered in the Sacred Lodges that promised to empower young women's older years was exchanged hastily. In exchange facial expressions have to be guessed at, and women learn to lie to themselves about their masks worn over their muted panic. For the first time magic and science did not jointly tell a story that fed the People's life force. A woman's face ceased being its own Storyteller. The shaking fears of aging supplanted the beautiful stories of aging women's faces in a fickle industry driven by its own fears of extinction and being forgotten. - Gregory E. absolutely breathtaking beauty of a black British woman

OPULENCE
"Speaking of imagination imagine all the wives who'd keep their husbands running home for dinner after work in this outfit, and all the money saved from marriage counseling as an added benefit! Speaking of beautiful women this woman is compelling in black heels with attached thigh highs running up smooth and strong legs. To the mid and upper contours of her waist and slight hips the eyes are drawn to the surprise of  a fishnet garter dress in a gentle embrace around her body. Up to the fine shoulder line the softness of the way she restrains a smile teases the thoughts of pleasure stirring and burrowing in the strength of fires stoked by each glance, each small movement, each sound of her hair brushing her exposed back.

The seduction of will is an art form. In the confines of the what is intimate between a man and the woman he loves is the feeling of eternal paths towards and from each other as the need to entwine legs, and hold each other creates heat and longing. Lust and love for a man and the crave to plunge deep into the body of his woman's body is the poetry and the hard rhythms that create the bonds within a man he believes come from him in that moment. But the woman knows she created the need, developed the technique and the justification for the bond, and sealing it with the skills between her legs she joined the two for her protection, his need to protect and the insatiable appetite being loved by another creates in the small moments of living from day to day.

Love stories come by design and fashion designers are fully aware of these dynamics, these possibilities and the power of form, color, movement and the sound one believes they hear looking upon a beautiful woman barely clad in the suggestions of seduction. Such is the illusion and the belief and the power of fashion; to create dreams from dreams. The under-estimated powers of dreaming is ancient and now." - Dawn Wolf, Keeper of Stories 1.8.13
