ongoing research and evidence that shows Africans throughout the continent have
energy cultivation and transformation systems that involve holding postures,
movement, breathing, worship, incantation etc... Some of this science had been
coded in signs, symbols and iconography such as this Twa who is in a sitting
posture with arms in front holding an object/ball similar to what you see in
Asian systems of martial/healing sciences such as Chi Gong, Tai Chi etc."

| TWA "This statue is from Sierra Leone, West Africa. I have one at home that is from the Bakongo of Bantu origin. Our sciences are hidden in front of our eyes in our art and culture. You just have to know how and what to look for. Also for those who do not know; the Yoruba word and concept of Ashe (spirit, energy) is also a Tibetan concept also.
