What Was Taken Is Still Ours !

"God stretched this beautiful Rainbow across the sky over our property yesterday. I was reminded that the beauty of the rainbow could never exist if the inconvenience of the rain never first showed up. Endure the rain, it's only for a season. No hurricane lasts forever." - Steve Fitzhugh

Rainbow over Covenant Village Camp by Steve Fitzhugh (Aug.  2016)

For me it is a bit more than enduring the rain. Since childhood it has been a magical event full of the lore, the power of forces we cannot see if we look for explanations. Rain storms were the time to play and the time to wash your hair, or shower. Rain storms were the time to play in the forest with your children. Rain is the indicator of times to come and the cleansing before ceremony.

Hurricanes are the emotions lashing out from Mother to the lack of reverence and is within the natural order of the Spirit-that-moves-in-all-things!
