I am not into overbearing patriotic tributes. I am not a white man. I am a Crow, and a Creek Indian with deep blood ties to West Africa. I try not to hold a grudge against the art form until it creates problems and becomes dictatorial, but what I have found is that there is a measure of creativity in the expression of how white Americans view themselves photographers express that is honest. It is appealing: honesty; and it implies tendencies in a proper context that makes thinking about America a struggle to wrestle the truth away from fiction, and myth! - Gregory E.
