"This has a grounding force and a centering capacity much the Ma'at presents herself to balance our elements."
Grand Dame of Virginia cooking, Ms. Edna Lewis. |
In gratitude, Adruma Victoria shared: A Grand Mother revealed insights of spiritual maturity. "When you die God will ask you three questions. While on earth how much did you practice love for God, love for people, love for nature?"
This sharing of revelations always sparks the mind to reflect and being mindful of her sharing is a commandment to love in the deeper meaning of the action of loving. I like to think of Adruma as a loving man capable of being vulnerable, tough and focused with his own wisdoms as a husband to emulate and take serious, and as a father who developed relationship with his wife to give gifts to the world in their children. It is tough work being a man whose word is power and poetry. It is a strong man who listens to the Grand Mothers. - Gregory E. Woods, Keeper of Stories 1/9/17
